Trauma integration means giving space to the body and inner experience. Trauma is held in the nervous system, in posture, breath, emotion, and inner tension. Therefore, healing happens through the body, not just through understanding. We practice perceiving what is happening within us with an open heart and learn to use the body as a resource, a safe space, and a guide back to safety and self-connection.
In this workshop, we work with:
- Mindfulness-based and body-oriented trauma integration methods
- Guided somatic meditations
- Exercises for self-regulation of the nervous system
- Gentle body awareness and embodiment
- Psychotherapeutically supported processes for the integration of split-off or overwhelmed parts
- Space for silence, connection, and exchange of experiences
Therapeutic group work creates a safe, protected field in which you can explore the connection between bodily sensations, feelings, and thoughts. Through mindful presence, the nervous system can regulate, inner tension can be released, and previously split-off aspects of your experience can be integrated.
This leads to:
- Deeper inner peace
- Emotional clarity and balance
- A sense of self-efficacy and strength
- Greater vitality, presence, and connection
