Burnout, exhaustion, and chronic stress are affecting more people than ever before, often leaving us disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and what truly nourishes us. Through her work, Sandra has seen how profound healing can emerge when we learn to listen to the signals of the nervous system and cultivate a greater sense of safety, presence, and self-connection. This passion lies at the heart of “Deep Presence”.

In this new offering Sandra will lead you through an 8 weeks transformative journey to prevent or recover from burnout and exhaustion.

“Deep Presence” is an invitation to return to the wisdom of your body, breath, and authentic self. Over eight weeks, we explore how embodied awareness, conscious breathing, nervous system regulation, and compassionate presence can support healing, resilience, and inner transformation. Through gentle practices, reflection, and experiential learning, participants develop a deeper capacity to meet life with steadiness, openness, and self-trust. This journey is not about becoming someone different, but about reconnecting with the wholeness that is already present within you and learning to live from that place more fully.

This course is held online in a confidential group space, where engagement with others  is encouraged, yet not forced. The format is a weekly zoom call with lots of self-paced practices and learning units in between.

Trauma Healing (SWITZERLAND)

Sandra offers transformative group workshops for healing trauma in Zurich, Switzerland, as well as internationally. The workshops are based on a somatic approach to Trauma Healing, which has shown to be most effective in Trauma Therapy. Sandra guides people through a process that includes elements of mindfulness practice, guided meditation, and somatic psychotherapeutic trauma recovery interventions.

The confidential therapeutic group environment builds a safe environment in which you can explore the connections between your feelings and thoughts. By gently developing present awareness around them, you allow your self-healing forces to emerge. During this process, you’re able to integrate dissociated parts of yourself and feel embodied and your true self again. This leads to a release of tension and pain, promoting calmness and emotional balance, a sense of empowerment and increased vitality.

The groups are held in a safe environment with small numbers to ensure that each participant receives the deserved attention and space to process their individual healing journey.

Transformational Healing from Trauma – 8-Week Course – Zurich (2025)

In 2025, Sandra will once again offer her Transformational Healing from Trauma 8-week course. This course invites you to reconnect with your deeper self through a combination of body-oriented mindfulness practices, guided meditations, creative therapy, and psychologically informed support techniques.

Through this inner connection, you’ll access a wider inner space—one that allows room for the injured or fragmented parts of yourself to be seen, held, and gently embraced. It is within this space that true healing becomes possible.

The course is delivered in eight sequentially structured sessions, each building on the last. To support your integration, weekly home practices will be offered so you can continue the work between sessions. Optional follow-up group sessions can be arranged for ongoing support and shared practice.
