I am so excited to finally be able to provide this course to you again! After some feedback from previous participants, I have changed the format of this course to a more accesible 2 Sunday workshops format.
This “Transformational Healing from Trauma Course” will run for 2 Sundays in April at the Sunshine Coast.
It would be well-suited to you if you answer yes to any of the following:
* You have struggled with some emotional or physical issues for a long time but have not been able to cut through, despite going to counselling (talk therapy), receiving bodywork (physiotherapy) or doing various spiritual practices.
* If you have been suffering from mood changes (depression, anxiety, anger, sadness).
* If you have been feeling exhausted dealing with these issues.
* If you have experienced an overwhelming situation, that you were not able to integrate for some time, despite countless efforts.

The course is structured into 2 workshops, which build on each other. During the week, you will be given some homework to continue your new practices at home. Furthermore, once complete, there will be a follow-up group practice scheduled.
